Albany Area Primary Health Care (AAPHC)

AAPHC provides primary health care, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, general dentistry, vision, behavioral health, pharmacy services, internal medicine, and more.  AAPHC has multiple locations across Dougherty, Baker, Calhoun, Crisp, Colquitt, Dooly, Lee, Thomas, and Terrell Counties. All major medical and dental insurance plans are accepted at AAPHC.  A sliding fee program is available for qualifying low-income and uninsured patients.  No one shall be denied medical care due to inability to pay.  If you do not qualify for the sliding fee program, you can self-pay.
