The Centre for Homeownership & Economic Development Corporation, Inc. (CHOEDC) assists individuals with homebuyer education and financial literacy. They educate consumers about homeownership programs and how to find available financial capital and affordable housing opportunities. In addition, they have expanded their programs to address gaps in workforce preparedness and job placement through their labor skills program. Currently, they have office locations in Hillsborough, Raleigh, Creedmoor, and Charlotte.
