Robeson County Offender Resource Center

The Offender Resource Center (ORC) is a community based facility at which you will receive a new start through enhanced supervision along with supportive rehabilitation services. By providing alcohol and other drug treatment education, job skills training and other services, the ORC can help individuals get on the right track and support constructive integration into the community. Clients must be on probation to attend the ORC.
