Continuum Care services – Winston-Salem

Continuum Care Services Inc. is a licensed mental health agency for children and adults who have Medicaid. We provide school based, outpatient, community based, and In-home services. Including basic Medicaid and enhanced services that focus on the person’s mental health and/or substance use related challenges. Case management is an important component of our services as we aim to care for the person as a whole and may require linking them to other needed resources and supports.
