MGCAA/HOGCAC Rural Transportation is the third-party transit operator for seven county governments: Bleckley, Dodge, Jones, Peach, Pulaski, Telfair, and Twiggs, providing convenient transportation services for more than 25 years. Any resident who needs a ride from the rural areas of his or her county to the urbanized areas are eligible. Curb-to-curb transportation services are provided at affordable rates.
