Grace Gate Clinic

Grace Gate exists to provide free, quality and timely health care with the love of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit through competent and trained volunteers for the medically underserved in a compassionate environment that promotes the healing of mind, body and spirit. Grace Gate is a non-profit that provides free primary care for low income, uninsured adults who qualify through an application and review process. We provide primary medical care and disease management education to patients with non-acute illnesses and chronic diseases. No prenatal care provided. Patients are seen by appointment only.
