Greene County Health Care, Inc. (GCHC)

Health care providers at our six GCHC sites combine medical, dental and behavioral health care and case management for members of our communities in Greene, Pitt and Pamlico counties and eastern North Carolina. We accept insurance and provide care on a sliding fee scale basis to patients who qualify based on federal poverty guidelines. See website for locations and hours.
