The Maryland Department of Health Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) mission is to ensure a coordinated quality system of care is available to individuals with behavioral health conditions. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
