Kinston Behavioral Health Center clinicians utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach and other therapeutic models to help patients and families learn to recognize thinking and behavior patterns that contribute to individual and family issues, interventions are strength-based and solution-focused. Our Substance abuse clinicians use the 12-step treatment models, as well as other evidenced-based modalities of treatment in helping our patients recover.
