LifeBridge DSA, is a Mental, Behavioral & Substance Use agency. We have worked through a Federal contract successfully with the incarcerated community for over 6 years. LifeBridge DSA can offer continuity of care services once offenders are released. That care also entails those needing Suboxone treatment and medication management. LifeBridge DSA has on staff a Medical doctor ,Psychiatrist, and psychologist . We work with the Spanish community with an interpreter. Eligibility Requirements: To be referred by confinement facilities or other agencies. All uninsured are welcome. Sliding fee scale is available. Transportation is provided if needed.
