Lincoln Wellness Center

Lincoln Wellness Center is home to four counseling services: Alexander Youth Network, Monarch, Phoenix Counseling Center and Support Incorporated.  The center provides open access walk in service from 8:00AM-3:00PM for the first visit without an appointment.  A comprehensive clinical assessment, treatment plan, a psychiatric evaluation with prescriptions if needed, and a referral to the proper level of care.
