NCWorks NextGen

The NCWorks NextGen is a free program designed to help young adult career-seekers age 16-24, who require additional assistance, to enter and complete an education program or to secure and hold employment. We help remove the barriers to employment for both in-school (ISY) and out-of-school youth (OSY) through a variety of services, including (but not limited to) career advising, mentoring, and leadership development. Successful completion of the program leads to a more skilled workforce with young adults attaining higher wages and self-sufficiency. Follow NCWorks Next Gen on Facebook.
