One to One Counseling and Consulting provides individual, couples and family counseling as well as workshops, support groups, and private consultations. Also offers telecounseling over the phone or video conference. Free 30-minute one-time consultation session for all new clients upon request.
Insurance: BCBS, Tricare, Medcost, Medicaid, & several EAP providers; accept self-pay; out-of-network benefits may also be available for most major insurance companies
