Resources for Independence

The mission of Resources for Independence is to provide services that promote independence, accessibility, self-advocacy, productivity, and quality of life for all individuals or groups of individuals with all types of significant disabilities, (A significant disability is one which affects a person in a limiting way in one or more areas of life functions such as: mobility, cognitive reasoning, communication, etc. .Services are provided to those residing in Allegany, Garrett, and Washington Counties in Maryland.
