River City Community Development Corporation (CDC)

The Mission of River City CDC is to strengthen communities and improve the quality of life for residents in Elizabeth City and Northeastern North Carolina. River City CDC’s Homeless programs assist individuals and families currently experiencing homelessness.
Eligible clients may receive emergency shelter, counseling from HUD-certified counselors, help locating a rental property, financial assistance in securing a rental property, and short-term ongoing assistance. See website for more information and programs that are offered.
