Rock Springs Clinic – Forsyth

The mission of Rock Springs Clinic is to minister to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the medically underserved and uninsured in the surrounding rural areas with outstanding healthcare and compassionate counseling in a caring and nurturing environment. We provide free primary care health care including treatment, education for acute and chronic medical conditions, and preventive care to uninsured, under insured, and low income residents of Georgia. New patients are required to attend New Patient Orientation Class before being seen at the clinic. See website for more information.
