Rowan County Literacy Council
Rowan County Literacy Council provides instruction to Rowan County residents of all ages. As a non-profit organization, the Rowan County Literacy Council’s primary focus is free and confidential, one-to-one tutoring by trained volunteer tutors. The Rowan County Literacy Council is located on 2nd floor of Rowan Public Library, providing free tutoring for under educated adults, as well as English Classes for foreign born residents.
