Southeastern Community Action Partnership (SCAP)

Southeastern Community Action Partnership, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency whose mission is to improve and empower the lives of the people we serve. Our organization studies the underlying issues involved in improving education, economic opportunities, living environments and the general welfare of the community to make recommendations for programs, projects, or activities and create solutions for individuals who reside in Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Hoke, Pender, Robeson, and Scotland Counties.
