The Laurel Center

The Laurel Center mission is to empower those affected by domestic and sexual violence by providing emergency housing, advocacy, outreach, support services, education and awareness. We have been providing emergency shelter and support services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence and their dependent children in the City of Winchester and the counties of Frederick, Clarke and Warren for over 40 years.
