Tri-County OIC (Opportunities Industrialization Center) Adult Basic Education offers programs to brush up on basic skills or earn a HiSET® or GED® diploma to advance your career. OIC also offers ESL classes to students whose native language is not English. In addition OIC offers basic computer usage and basic Microsoft Office applications.
