The Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP) purposes to place Homeless Female Veterans and Veterans with Families who are homeless into jobs. Eligible Veterans who have been out of work for a while or need to transition from military to civilian work may gain skills, certifications, tools, uniforms and/or transportation helps, in order to reduce barriers to employment.
