West Luray Recreation Center “The Rec”

The REC is part of the Living Legacy which is a community nonprofit with a primary focus on underprivileged youth of various backgrounds including poverty, addiction, and abuse. Our mission is to enhance the physical, economic, and social landscape of Page County, Virginia by fostering community development initiatives that uplift individuals, families, children, and neighborhoods. Grounded in divine principles, we aim to combat poverty and its effects by offering programs that focus on restoration, recreation, education, and self-sufficiency.
