Wilmington Housing Authority

Since 1938, Wilmington Housing Authority has been providing safe, secure, and affordable housing to the residents of Wilmington and surrounding areas. WHA was the first Authority to be established in the state of North Carolina. Currently, it owns sixteen apartment and townhome communities across central Wilmington and manages the Housing Choice Voucher Program. See website for more information.
