Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina Career Centers

Triad Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina offers six Career Centers where the Careers on the Outside program is held in the five counties that we serve, where our friendly staff assists job seekers with Career Development Services such as Resume Assistance, Career Coaching, and Skill Training Classes and more. Careers on the Outside (C.O.T.O.) is a free program that helps individuals with a criminal background successfully obtain and keep a job. This comprehensive training incorporates strength assessments, soft and concrete workplace skills, cognitive behavioral principles, job search and placement assistance, and supportive services that can lead to competitive employment.
