A New Direction Local Reentry Council

A New Direction Local Reentry Council (ANDLRC) is a state funded initiative by the Department of Adult Correction and operated by Agape Health Services in partnership with Koinonia Community Solutions. The ANDLRC mission is to empower individuals, transitioning from incarceration and correctional supervision to build successful, fulfilling lives, while fostering public safety and community well-being through collaborative reentry services and efforts to reduce recidivism.
