Accomack County Clerk of Circuit Court

The Circuit Court of Accomack County is the county’s court of general jurisdiction, established by the General Assembly of Virginia. Its primary mission is to provide an effective, efficient, fair and open forum for adjudication, under the law, of every sort of civil and criminal controversy that can be decided in the courts of the county. The Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court is where all documents (deeds, deeds of trust, etc.) involving property transactions in the County are recorded.
