Athens Homeless Coalition

The Athens Homeless Coalition offers a variety of services aimed at preventing and reducing homelessness in Athens-Clarke County, Georgia. These services include housing assistance, emergency shelter, case management, and access to essential resources like food and supplies. They also coordinate efforts to connect individuals with appropriate housing solutions through a new coordinated entry system called ACE (Access, Connection, and Engagement). Additionally, the coalition works on long-term solutions like permanent supportive housing.
