The mission of the Alabama Department of Human Resources is to provide for the protection, well-being, and self-sufficiency of children and adults. Our face-to-face learning opportunities include community meetings, classroom demonstrations, field days, farm or home visits and 4-H clubs and camps. A majority of our programs are offered at no cost to the client.
