Beaufort County Health Department

Beaufort County Health Department’s mission is to promote, protect, and enhance the quality of life of our population by providing accessible quality public health services and education in order to improve the wellness of the community within a healthy environment. Beaufort County Health Department’s Healthy Living Clinic services are available for men and women, age 21 and older. Appointments are available on Monday and Friday each week. The clinic accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and other private insurances. For clients who do not have insurance or insurance that does not cover the cost, fees may be reduced according to a sliding fee scale based on family income and size.
