Behavioral Health: Re-entry

The Carroll County Health Department Bureau of Prevention, Wellness, and Recovery (BPWR) is committed to working alongside the Carroll County Detention Center (CCDC) to provide individuals with case management services to improve their success at independent living, therefore reducing recidivism to homelessness, detention centers, emergency departments, and/or psychiatric hospitals.
These case management services will be provided for a minimum of 90 days and include an assessment of the client to determine areas of need, to aid in linking the client to community supports and providers, and access to a Peer Recovery Support Specialist.
