Behavioral Health Safety Net for Children

The Behavioral Health Safety Net (BHSN) for Children provides essential outpatient mental health services to Tennesseans ages three to 17 who don’t have insurance coverage or lack full behavioral health coverage. There are no limits on family income for eligibility. The BHSN for Children is administered through contracts with Community Mental Health Agencies across the state, and each provider agency has an Outreach Coordinator who can assist families. See website for a list you can download of providers by County.
