Carroll County Youth Services Program (CCYSB)

We at CCYSP commit ourselves to provide a continuum of community-based mental health and substance use services for children, adults, and families in Carroll County. We use a multi-disciplinary approach to deliver prevention, intervention, and treatment services in the least restrictive and most cost-effective manner. See website for details on what we offer.
