Carteret County Department of Aging Services

At the Carteret County Department of Aging Services, helping older adults remain independent is our number one priority. We strive to support, assist, and advocate for seniors and their families by offering programs and services that ultimately allow them to age in place and remain at home. Located in Morehead City, the Leon Mann, Jr. Enrichment Center is a welcoming place for older adults over 50, caregivers, and the community at large. We place a strong emphasis on free health and wellness programming, featuring a fitness center, social events, computer instruction, and many other educational and recreational activities.
