Catholic Charities of the Diocese – Albemarle Region

Catholic Charities welcomes individuals and families of all faiths or no faith tradition. Catholic Charities Food Pantry Services are dedicated to providing healthy meals, increasing access to food, and developing innovative solutions to address food insecurity in a collaborative way. The Albemarle Office offers clients electronic monthly food cards. These can be used to purchase sanitary, hygiene, and food products. To determine eligibility, please contact the Albemarle office to schedule an appointment. The Albemarle office offers both rent and utility assistance for those struggling to make ends meet. To find out if you qualify to receive assistance, please call the office and schedule an appointment. Counseling Services are $35 for uninsured or low income individuals/families.
