We Care Center is here to provide assistance to our neighbors who have fallen on hard times in Chapin or the surrounding areas. We Care coordinates resources to act as a single point of service for our clients whether they need food, gas for doctor’s appointments, kerosene, or help with utilities. There is no charge to clients for services received. Please call for information.
