The Chesterfield-Marlboro Economic Opportunity Council, Inc. (CMEOC) mission is, through a collaborative partnership, move individuals and families from dependency to self-reliance by providing direct and indirect services within our service area. The services offered include Head Start; Housing and Community services, such as weatherization and housing rehabilitation; and Self-Sufficiency programs, such as LIHEAP, Community Services Block Grant and Youth Leadership.
