Church Community Services (CCS) of Scotland County provides emergency assistance to Scotland County residents, families and individuals in need of food, clothing, help with utility bills, rent or mortgage payments and prescription drugs.  CCS operates a food pantry and clothing closet.  Please call for more information or visit website.
