Community Care Center

The Community Care Center is a free medical and dental care clinic staffed primarily by volunteers. The Center is the largest and most comprehensive free clinic in North Carolina. Community Care Center is NOT a walk-in clinic.  Patients are seen by appointment only. Applicants must come for an initial eligibility screening and be approved before they can use Community Care Center’s services. The Community Care Center sees patients Monday through Thursdays, with evening clinics on Monday and Thursday.  Services include: Cardiology, Dental, Dermatology, Ear Nose and Throat, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Neurology, and Ophthalmology.
