Community Outreach Service Center (COSC)

The Community Outreach Service Center (COSC) is an emergency and transitional housing facility for men, women and children. We provide safe lodging, clean bedding, nutritious food, showers, and telephone access for local calls. We assist clients in achieving self-sufficiency by providing transitional housing for residents in need of shelter beyond a thirty (30) day period. We also aid in the process of independent living for residents who have obtained employment and are in need of affordable housing.
