Concern Hotline is a free 24/7/365 anonymous information & referral, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention hotline serving the Northern Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Crisis can affect anyone at a moment’s notice, and we are here to help anytime, day or night. Concern Hotline currently covers the entire Lord Fairfax Planning District 7, which includes the City of Winchester and Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah, and Warren and surrounding counties.
