Council on Aging Paratransit

The Council on Aging provides non-emergency medical and other transportation services within the St. Johns County Service area on a door-to-door basis for ambulatory and wheelchair bound passengers, and door-through-door service for stretcher passengers. Eligibility screenings can be done by calling the Council on Aging, or filling out a form on their website.
