Culpeper Heat Shelter

St. Luke Lutheran Church is the host site for a Winter Warming Shelter, operated by Culpeper Human Services in coordination with Encompass Community Supports. The shelter is open each year from the end of November until the end of March. The Shelter is a collective effort of over 22 Churches in Culpeper, Orange, Madison and Fauquier Counties and other local organizations.
