Division of Vital Records

Birth, death, and marriage certificates can be ordered online or by mail from the Maryland Department of Health – Division of Vital Records. Some records are also available through your local health department. The Division of Vital Records’ Lobby is now open to service all customers by appointment only. See website for information.
