ESCSB is a comprehensive behavioral healthcare facility. We serve both Accomack and Northampton Counties of Virginia. The Mission of the Eastern Shore Community Services Board (ESCSB) is to provide services, supports, prevention, and education. We provide services for mental health, developmental disability, substance use disorder, crisis support services, and prevention. For individuals who do not have insurance, we offer a sliding scale fee. This means that the fee for your treatment will depend on your income.
