Economic Opportunity For Savannah Chatham County mission is to provide community-based services which empower our citizens to attain economic independence and a higher quality of life. Services include Homebuyers Education Program, The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Building Career Ready Skills and more. Medical, dental, pediatric, and behavioral services are provided at the Center by the Curtis V. Cooper Community Health Center every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
