A wide variety of services are offered at Farmington Community Health Center, including Behavioral Health, Dentistry, and Medical Care. The Center is part of Presbyterian Medical Services. Everyone is eligible to receive primary care, dental and behavioral health services at Presbyterian Medical Services. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.
