Fipp Early Head Start

The Family, Infant and Preschool Program (FIPP) Early Head Start provides early, intensive, and comprehensive child development, health, and family support services to eligible families with children under age three and women who are pregnant at no cost to families. Qualified professionals provide individualized support through weekly home visits or childcare in one of our licensed childcare centers. In order to participate families must qualify for Early Head Start by meeting the enrollment and financial guidelines.
