HRDC Community Action Agency

Through HRDC Community Action Agency mission, we empower people in need through mobilizing and developing community resources to create opportunities for success in Big Horn, Carbon, Stillwater, Sweet Grass, and Yellowstone counties. HRDC District 7 provides a range of programs aimed at helping people achieve economic self-sufficiency in the Big Horn area, including energy assistance (like Weatherization and LIEAP), housing assistance (including the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program and HUD-approved housing counseling), childcare services, food and employment training, all as part of their mission as a Community Action Agency.
