Health Care for the Homeless – Baltimore
Health Care for the Homeless work to end homelessness through racially equitable health care, housing and advocacy in partnership with those of us who have experienced it. We also provide services including adult, pediatric and family medical and dental care, case management (including insurance and benefits enrollment), occupational therapy, psychiatry, substance use disorder (addiction) treatment (including medication-assisted treatment & syringe services), behavioral health therapy.
