Inter-Faith Council for Social Service

Inter-Faith Council for Social Service mission is to confront the causes and respond to the effects of poverty in our community. Inter-Faith Council (IFC) Community House is a 24-hour shelter for men and women experiencing homelessness. In keeping with IFC’s belief that everyone deserves dignified and affordable housing, we provide a safe, temporary home until residents obtain permanent housing. We assist residents in connecting to appropriate community resources for finding housing as soon as possible, as well as other resources. IFC also provides overnight shelter from cold temperatures. Services provided by Inter-Faith Council for Social Service (IFC) include a community kitchen. The Community Kitchen provides hot meals for food insecure individuals on a take-out basis. IFC is the largest provider of social safety net services such as food, housing, emergency financial assistance, & more in Orange County. See website and Facebook for more information on the services that are offered. Call the phone number listed for more information, and dial extension 3000.
